Continuous Assessment on International Human Trafficking Law

The continuous assessment concerns international human trafficking law. The continuous assessment must be between 2,000-2,500 words. The assessment must discuss and critically evaluate four elements. You need to note that each element is accorded a percentage of the marks for the assessment. The four elements are:

1. The historical development of international human trafficking law (20%)
2. The legal model employed in the European Convention on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings [2005] (50%)
3. The European Court of Human Rightsa approach to international human trafficking in Ranstev v. Cyprus and Russia [2010] (20%)
4. Amendments to improve the European Convention on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings[2005] (10%)
