The assessment requires you to critically assess the performance monitoring indicated by the supplied KPIs in relation to the equality and diversity elements of Objective 4 and the Scottish Government performance standards detailed below.

The brief:

Carry out a critical assessment of performance reporting on estate management as a key housing management function in CHA, using the relevant Scottish Housing Regulator Performance Standard as a guide (i.e. treat CHA as a Scottish RSL for the purposes of this exercise). You will do this with reference to standard AS1.10 on Estate Management but also referring to standard GS 2.1 on Equal Opportunity and drawing on other directly relevant Performance Standards as appropriate. You are expected to consider both the issues in estate management that can impact on equality of opportunity and also the kinds of measures you would need to have in place to assess whether you were achieving your objectives (and a view on whether or not the published CHA measures are adequate for this purpose).
