Ow Age and disability are managed in the workplace? Challenges, similarities and differences in the British and Brazilian model.
The aim of my dissertation is to analyze the major challenges, similarities and differences in diversity management adopted by the Human Resources department in developed (UK) and developing countries (Brazil).
Focusing on age and disability, my dissertation will analyze and compare the different approaches between the two countries. Furthermore, it will also review the methodology applied to include older and disabled people in the workforce.
