Ow behaviour of consumers is shaped in the Sandwich market i.e what shapes it.

It is difficult for me to limit the number of sources.
I am writing this as part of my consultancy project which got a 35% because it lacked the focus on cunsumer behavior which should have been central to this piece of work.The business I was doing the consultancy on is Pret A Manger, Birmingham New Street Branch.The file is too big for me to attach it here so I will try to send it by post for your easy of reference. Please address issues like consumers and choice of shop, type of consumer against factors that affect their buying behaviour like service and time. Also address any possible corelation between the two. Please do not limit yourself to this Pret shop only but the whole sandwich market in general
