looking at two examples of actual information technology strategic plans. Both involve universities (oddly enough, both called UCB”), but as youll see, the issues are those faced by any organization in any country. You dont need to know a lot about either universities or IT to understand what is going on in these plans, but the more you read about the planning process, the better youll understand why certain recommendations are made as they are.
