1. How do adults develop physically, mentally, emotionally, and psychologically?
2. Explain how adult development might affect the ways in which we learn over time and identify some of the major issues surrounding adult development.
3. Define andragogy, self-directed learning, and transformational learning, and assess how these theories are beneficial to adult learners.
