Scenario:

Healthcare Inc. is facing a challenge with employee turnover. Statistics showed that almost 50 percent of the turnover were employees in the first year of their employment with the organization, a number that was more than 20 percent higher than the national average. Healthcare Inc. estimates that turnover costs the Healthcare Inc. as much as $2.2 million annually, and that reducing turnover could have a significant impact not only on its bottom line, but also the morale of its employees.

You are an organizational behavior consultant who has been hired by Healthcare Inc. to help address their turnover problem.

In this assignment, describe the process you would use to identify the causes of the high turnover at Healthcare Inc.. Assume that in your investigation you discover three issues that are at the root of the turnover problems.
