Rd year social work course Feminist Model and Canadian Employment Policies

Major paperexamine, in depth, an area of social policy (employment) using an analytical model presented in the readings (feminist theory model). The paper must contain a historical perspective that will examine the policy area over a reasonable length of time showing policy developments within a changing economic, social and political context.
The paper must include the following elements: an introduction outling the specific policy focus and the nature and scope of your analysis; a description of the analytical model to be used as well as a rationale as to why you have selected the particular model; a historical perspective; an assessment of the ideological, social, political and economic influences at play in the development of the policy area; and assessment of the present and future implications for populations impacted by the policy.
I have some required readings in pdf. files I can forward to the writer when they are assigned as well as an introduction.
