Discuss how these issues have changed? The paper must include specifics of the topic issue background such as: who, when, where, what was involved, ect. , and significance of the topic or issue outcome such as

-what did it lead to?
-the outcome of the election of 1932?
-the American people under New Deal?
-who was affected?
