Ritical analyse position of an organisation of your choice using Boston matrix(Boston Consulting Group matrix(BCG).

Revision instructions: I had read the work but it is not good report, not standard for master level and the structure of the work is very poor.
1. No intext references.
2. No journal has been used in the report
3. No critical analysis of BCG
4. No appendix was attached
5. Poor structure
6. Use l and we. This is not allowed in academic writing
7. There is no compare and contrast of BCG.ie different opinion from people
8. No support reference to support the argument.

However, this is not what l want because the instructions ware not followed and the standard of report is very poor to present as a master student. It is not academic writing and structure of the report was not acceptable.

You are a specialist strategic marketing consultant and have been retained by an organisation of your choice to carry out a strategic audit of their business and to make recommendations for growth using the Boston Matrix.

These need to be fully justified, with a clear rationale, because your report is to be submitted to the senior management team of the organisation. (Therefore it should be written in business report format, with an appropriate tone)

They are also intrigued by the model itself and so have asked you to carry out a literature review of the model because they realise it has been around for a long time and they would like to know therefore whether, in your view, the Boston Matrix is as relevant now as it was when first introduced

(You should choose an organisation large enough to enable you to carry out the strategic audit, but not so large you are not able to provide the level of detail expected in a level 7 assessment.)

Your task is to:

a? Carry out a strategic audit on the organisation using models, concepts and frameworks that have been identified on the course (this is to be attached as an appendix to your report) The audit should be limited to 4 pages

a? Crtically evaluate the key issues you have identified in your strategic audit

a? Critically assess the BCG model, comparing and contrasting different perspectives on the concept, exploring its continued relevance in the modern era. For example, could it be argued that the model is no longer relevant? Has marketing theory moved on from when the model was introduced? Is there another model that could carry out the task of portfolio evaluation better than the BCG?

a? Make clear recommendations for strategic growth, using the BCG model, and fully justify your recommendations, both conceptually and from a business perspective

In view of this, l cannot accept the order because it does not meet school requirements. The report was so poor that cannot be presented as my course work.
The essay report should follow the instructions, good structure and have intext and references but the essay report was poor to present.
I would like to say this is not UK academic essay report. The strategy audit should be attached as appendix not in main report(see above instructions). Critical discussion mean collecting difference opinion from many authors about BCG and compare and contrast their opinions to draw conclusion as whether BCG still relevant in today business or not.
If this not meet the instructions, l strongly recommend my money should refund because my has not done in accordant to the standard and instructions. No journal references and the reference used by writer were bad, not proper reference.
Kindly reply to this letter as soon as possible on how to resolve these issues. I wanted to give you the remain 3 subjects but l need to see that this job is properly done. Our school strongly recommend using journal references as it is reliable and relevant.
