Ritical Analysis of an HRD Intervention (Human Resources Development)
Drawing from theories and models that inform adult and organisational learning, critically evaluate an HRD program or intervention that you deliver or have personally experienced. (I will suggest to use a new hire orientation program when new hirer first join the company). Slightly highlighted the program and use the theory to feedback whether you think is good or not.

a?Do not try to cover every theorist in chapter two. The Theory of adult learning included the 4 theory below.
a? INSTRUMENTAL LEARNING
a? COMMUNICATIVE LEARNING
a? EMANCIPATORY LEARNING
a? CRITICAL REFLECTION
(for example), select one or two and read about them in more depth.
a?You will need to conduct independent research (e.g. find the authoras original text and/or search for relevant books and journal articles).
a?Critique the theories/models and the HRD program: consider from a range of perspectives; question; try to clarify and explicate your tacit knowledge
a?Practice critical reflection (as outlined by Delahaye (2005:46-47).
a?Aim for transformational learning for yourself as a result of this assessment task (Delahaye, 2005: 48)
