Ritical evaluation of Coco-Colaas response to Corporate & Ethical forces in the environmenta

Here is my teacher Feedback of my previous Coca-Cola Assignment, which I failed 2 times already in this same subject. Can you please change as my teacher feedback as below in 3500 words please and as my Coca-Cola Assignment
Initial Comments:

This report covers lots of theory but does not adequately explain or relate the theory to Coca-Cola. The report needed to be structured on the learning outcomes and examiner requirements as set out in the Assignment Guidelines. The report appeared to randomly cover issues e.g. Corporate Forces, Ethics, strategy, design, SWOT, tensions; but not in a way which addressed the objectives of the assignment i.e. the ethical and corporate governance factors affecting Coca-Cola and how they are managing these factors. It was often repetitive and lacking obvious relevance to the case.
A key area missing was conflict between corporate responsibilities and maximising shareholder wealth e.g. managing health and diet issues. Coca-Cola is a wonderful company to use to debate this tension.

Quality of research undertaken :

There was little reference to current Coca-Cola practice, even from Company sources. Many old sources from text books were used where newer sources would have proven more relevant, and most of the research is pure theory. This was often not relevant, or not applied effectively to the case.

Application of literature researched and appropriate theories used
Porteras 5 Forces was used for a section on competences, but does not include any analysis applying the model to the company. There is some attempt to identify competences, although the word is not mentioned, and the points again are not developed.
PESTLE and SWOT is weak, and it is difficult to identify linkages to Coca-Colaas strategy.
The sections on ethics, business design and tensions are inadequately structured developed in the context of what is required in this assignment.

Conclusions
The conclusion brings in new points and is therefore not really appropriate. Recommendations made generally have no basis

Overall comments/advice for resubmission
A useful framework for the analysis could be taken from Part 1 of Johnson, Scholes and Whittington a?Exploring Corporate Strategya Ch. 2, 3 and 4 in particular. The management report requires the student to undertake a critical analysis of the companyas strategic position i.e. product/services, environment (PEST, 5 forces, O & T etc.), capabilities (resources, competitive advantage, SWOT etc.) and the influences and tensions on the strategic direction chosen (stakeholders, values, governance, ethics) along with a view of how well the company frames these issues in developing strategy. The student is reminded that they need to address the issues identified in the guidelines i.e.
a? Critical analysis of the specified organisation (products/services, markets, divisions and subdivisions).
a? Critical analysis of the organisationas environment.
a? Critical evaluation of how the organisation relates its competences to its environment via its strategy.
a? Critical appraisal of the impact of social, environmental, ethical, legal and governance issues on the organisation.
a? Critical evaluation of how the organisation is currently framing these issues in its strategy and operations.
a? Assessment of the extent to which the organisation is managing tensions between corporate responsibility and maximising shareholder value. This last guideline in particular needs addressing.

The student will need to draw conclusions on the extent to which the organisation is managing and controlling the variables that are most critical to its survival and prosperity, and hence its ability and propensity to achieve its chosen goals. The conclusions require a critical summary of the extent to which the company is managing the variables which are impacting on its strategy. The student needs to identify negative influences on its ability to meet its goals and recommend changes requires to strategy. Evidence of student critical thinking and original thought will earn high marks.
The student also needs to ensure that the subjectas Learning Outcomes are covered. They should refer to the syllabus, indicative content and lecture guide to identify the topics which may be relevant to an analysis of Coca-Cola.
