Ritical review of selected texts on globalisation

Select three texts from the required readings for the course so far, justify why you have chosen these, and assess what contribution they have made to debates on globalisation.
A critical analysis generally consists of three components: (i) description: outline some of the main claims/points (you need to describe the issues for the reader before you can analyse); (ii) analysis: outline some strengths and limitations of each of the claims/main argument (this can be done by using counter-examples, other points of view or claims by another author in another (related) reading); (iii) application: to demonstrate the usefulness/applicability of a theory/concept/idea (i.e., of an authors claim or perspective) and/or provide some concrete examples that show the application of that idea/theory/concept.
