Formative Work
You must submit your essay plan and reference list at the beginning of Day Three, during
that day you must present your essay plan in a brief seminar with your peers. Please write your name
on this formative and submit it in the same format as you will present your summative, that
is, please ensure your work has a margin, ideally a?justifya the paragraphs using font size 12, line
spacing 1.5 a 2. Just print the numbered pages (a?Inserta page numbersa¦) of
your portfolio on one side of the paper and staple together with a single staple in the top left-hand
corner. Submit in an A4 hole punched transparent wallet (no rigid or large containers).
So the formative is an opportunity for you to gain feedback about your essay plan and the references
you have chosen to support your writing. In light of feedback given you will be able to make
changes to your plan before summative submission.

I would like to have crtically analysis included in the essay. Analysisng the literature and suggesting ways to improve practice with the backing of more literatures and articles, that is evidence based by the references. Examples are nurse led extubations, post op nausea and vomitting etc.

It would be benificial if you involve the NMC, Royal college of Nursing, Royal college of anaesthetist, or anything similar

Like i said i have done my essay but it really needs a lot of work in editing, adding up some more references to sentences to be more strong in evidence and maybe removing some sentences to build up the essay.
