I do not want to receive an essay full of professor-style words, which even my teacher will not understand. BUT the essay should be evaluative, well-structured, written in academic style and should NOT include very simple and informal words.

The Business Studies tutor told we should write an essay assuming that the reader is familiar with the motivation theories of Herzberg, Mayo, Maslow and Taylor and therefore we should mainly concentrate on the how (analysis) and why (evaluation) questions rather than what (description) questions because this would gain us higher marks. It means the essay should mainly focus on the difficulties of implementing the theories and give some recent examples rather than just focusing on the description and explanation of each of the theories. However, you should mention what the theories are, but not too much.
