Rticulate and interpret an organizational culture
Select an organisation (make sure that there is at least a brand of this organization in switzerland):
1. Describe the design of its buildings, some important stories (events&people), and the organizations formal statements regarding philosophy, values and creeds.
2. Interpret your data about this organization using Myers-Briggs, Big Five and Hofstedes framework. (e.g. this organization is Extrovertedbecause…., is neurotic because, is high on masculinity because…)
If you cant find information about Myers-Briggs, Big five and Hofstede framework, I can send it to you, but I will have to write it down firstly. (Second part of this assignment is more important).
