We are able to keep connected and informed through Facebook posts. We can comment to acknowledge that we are involved in other peoples lives. We talk about our posts on Facebook as well. I think that it has helped to stay connected because we all do not live together anymore and we are not people who like to talk on the phone a lot. I text my boyfriend a lot I so believe that we have a better relationship because we are able to communicate more. DO NOT use references.

I would want to make sure that were stocked and clean. Also that were doing as our advertising says. I would then check to see how our competition was doing and what they had to offer. I would then use the common customer satisfaction surveys. If the customer would fill the survey out at the store, I would offer them immediate percentage off their next purchase. If they take them home and fill them out online or over the phone, then they would entered in a drawing for a gift card. I would use a survey because it would be the easiest, most inexpensive way to get the customers opinion. DO NOT use references.
